Dear Mr. Osei,
Your VP of Sales said something in a recent podcast that stuck with me: "Our best leads already understood the product before they talked to us." That’s the marketing I build — and it’s how I’d approach the Marketing Manager role at Northwind.
At Relay Analytics, I own demand generation end to end: content, paid, email nurture, and two product launches a year. Over eighteen months I grew marketing-sourced pipeline from $1.2M to $3.4M a quarter while cutting cost per SQL 35%, mostly by killing underperforming paid channels and doubling down on a comparison-content program that now ranks for 40+ commercial keywords.
I manage a team of three (content, design, ops) and work jointly with sales on account targeting — my pipeline number is shared with the sales director, which I consider a feature. Northwind’s move upmarket is the kind of positioning challenge I enjoy most, and I have a point of view on it I’d be glad to share.
I’d welcome the chance to walk you through the playbook behind those numbers and how it maps to Northwind’s next stage. Thank you for your consideration.
Best, Jordan Blake
